Hyundai & Canvas Win Facebook's Zero Friction Award

Hyundai and Canvas Worldwide were recently named winners of the inaugural "Zero Friction Award" for our Hyundai Palisade Brand + Shopping coordination. 

Committed to helping auto marketers reduce friction at every stage of the customer journey, Facebook launched its "Zero Friction Awards" in 2019. The program honors the most innovative work removing friction and improving customer experience to grow auto brands, sales and profitability. 

The judging panel noted they were impressed by Canvas Worldwide's ability to prove the power of a coordinated Brand + Shopping approach, garnering brand lifts that beat out auto norms, the highest conversion lift, and the most efficient incremental cost per conversion.
